Artwork

Is every ZoraArt piece hand-painted?

Yes. Each artwork is painted by hand, so subtle differences in brushwork, texture, and tone are natural. These variations are part of the character of an individually made piece rather than a defect.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

We photograph artwork to represent its color and texture as accurately as possible. Screen settings, room lighting, and the layered surface of a painting can affect how colors appear. In person, textured work often shows more depth and variation than a flat digital image.

What does “heavy texture” mean?

Heavy texture describes raised, dimensional paint applied with brushes or palette knives. The surface catches changing light and creates natural highlights and shadows, giving the artwork a sculptural quality.

What is the difference between rolled, frameless, and framed canvas?

Rolled canvas arrives unstretched in a protective tube. Frameless artwork is stretched over an internal wooden support and is ready to hang without an outer frame. Framed artwork includes the selected decorative frame and arrives ready to display.

Custom art

Can I request a custom size, color palette, or subject?

Yes. Send us your wall dimensions, preferred colors, reference images, and any details that matter to you through our Custom Art service. We will review the request and confirm what is possible before production begins.

Can a sold-out artwork be recreated?

In many cases, we can create a new interpretation of a sold-out piece. Because it is painted by hand, the result will preserve the composition and mood while retaining small, natural differences that make it unique.

Will I see my made-to-order artwork before it ships?

Yes. We send clear photos of the completed artwork for your review before dispatch. If an adjustment is needed, reply to the review email before approving shipment.

How long does a custom artwork take?

Timing depends on the artwork’s size, texture, level of detail, and framing choice. Most made-to-order pieces require additional production time before shipping. If you have a fixed installation date, contact us before ordering so we can review the schedule with you.

Ordering

How do I know my order was received?

After checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. If it does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder. You can also contact us with the name and email used at checkout.

Which payment methods can I use?

The secure checkout displays the payment methods currently available for your location and currency. Payment information is processed by Shopify’s supported payment providers and is not stored by ZoraArt.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before production or shipping begins. Once an order has entered production or has been handed to the carrier, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Do you support trade and volume orders?

Yes. Designers, hospitality teams, and other trade clients can contact us with project quantities, dimensions, destination, and timing. We will review production capacity and prepare a tailored proposal.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. ZoraArt offers free standard worldwide shipping. Delivery availability can vary for remote areas or exceptionally large framed works; if special arrangements are required, we will contact you before dispatch.

How is artwork packaged?

Rolled canvas is protected and shipped in a rigid tube. Smaller stretched or framed pieces are packed flat in reinforced cartons, while larger framed works may require a protective wooden crate. The method is selected according to size and finish.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, we will email the tracking number and carrier link. Tracking can take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Import rules vary by destination. Any duties, taxes, or customs charges assessed by the destination country are generally the recipient’s responsibility. Your local customs authority can provide the most accurate guidance before ordering.

Returns & support

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Keep the artwork and all packaging. Photograph the outer package, internal protection, shipping label, and the damaged area, then contact us promptly after delivery. These details help us review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Can I return an artwork?

Please contact us before sending anything back. Eligibility depends on the order type and condition of the artwork. Returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and securely packed; custom or personalized works may have different conditions because they are made specifically for you.

How should I care for my painting?

Display the artwork away from persistent moisture, direct heat, and strong sunlight. Dust gently with a clean, dry, soft brush or cloth. Do not use water, household cleaners, or solvents on the painted surface.
